Inmigracion Latino-USA Doc. Prep Serv Corp is a nonlawyer agency, and may not provide legal advice, cannot give legal advice to clients about their legal rights or remedies, and cannot provide guidance as to how to testify in any court matter, and we cannot represent our clients in any court. Most immigration cases do not appear in any court. Court cases generally involve criminal or deportation proceedings. When legal advice or court matters are involved, a licensed attorney is definitely required.
Rule 10-2.1 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar defines a paralegal as a person who works under the supervision of a member of The Florida Bar and who performs specifically delegated substantive legal work for which a member of The Florida Bar is responsible. In the state of Florida, only persons who meet the definition may call themselves a ‘paralegal.’ We do not call ourselves ‘paralegals’ but rather ‘forms preparers’ to remain in full compliance with this rule.
